Once you become a client we will add the videos you need to stop your pain. these stretches are based on the Aaron Mattes' Active Isolated Stretching with some I tweaks I made for better confort. I added the release fromyour brain to relax your body which allows the muscles to stop fighting and let go.

In each of these videos, remember to hold the stretches for no more than 3-5 seconds and repeat each stretch 8-10 times. Do not force the stretch as the stretch becomes strength training and that will negate your intended result. Relax, breathe, and let your body release.
