Too many times common aches and pains that end up in braces, injections, or surgery, can be fixed by unlocking the muscles and allwoing your brain to release them. Once you can do that your joints will be free, nerves will function better, and you will have better blood flow throughout your body. Never hold a stretch for more than 3-4 seconds.

Never use a stretchy band to stretch

Only stretch one muscles at a time
